Well, this place is so great! We stopped on our way home and we so happy to discover it! First of all, they are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great dumpling choices and just not the same old flavors. We had spicy beef, yummy and flavorful, and chicken walnut which ... surprisingly just go so well together. Great place. Very decently price dumplings. I had the pan fried spicy beef dumplings, so good, can't wait to try other flavors. I called 15 minutes before lunch for a pickup, got there early and they were putting my food in the bag, super fast service, cozy atmosphere. Small venue, ... not suited for groups. Went there on a whim, but you gotta go pretty early as they close at 7pm. First time trying it, and we thought we would just have enough food. One pancake and one order of dumpling each is waaaaaay too much. The pancake itself is quite filling, after eating that, I ... could only eat a few dumplings before asking for a takeout box. I can't say if it tastes like the ones in China as I've never tried. But for what it is here, it sure is tasty. Both the vegetarian and pork versions were very good. As for the dumplings, the skin was chewy and delicious. The filling was very juicy as it squirted about a meter out of the dumplings when bit into it. My friend had the pork and shrimp pan fried and it was my favorite. I got the pork and beef boiled it was still good but I prefer the other one. As for the price, it was very reasonable compared to the amount of food you get. For dumplings of this quality, this is a steal! The inside is very small and is run by the owner mainly. She was super sweet and friendly! Thankfully there's a few tables outside to enjoy the food freshly prepared. Would recommend 10/10 Read more
