It's not the most elegant of restaurants but it's clean, food is good and portions are very generous. In Quebec most people are used to Chinese buffet style food. Le Dragon Manifique is definitely not in this style. This is a "Chifa", It's roots come from Peru South America (hence ... the largely Latino clientele) There is an extremely large and established Chinese community in Peru. The best Chinese food I have ever eaten was in Peru. So leave your preconceptions about what Chinese food in Quebec is usually like and give them a try. I recommend the arroz chaufa, tallarin saltado con pollo, sopa wantan, Kam lu Wantan and of course a bottle of Inca kola to wash it all down. Been going for years and the food is amazing, always fresh and good portions!!

We were graving dim sum and good Chinese foods lately and so glad we try this place. The porc and shrimp dim sum were so good. The lo mein bœuf noodle was also great. Highly recommended.

Service was great, food was ok, price is ok, quantity - I've had more quantity for same price or even less price. I would go back if I'm not willing to go far.
