Delivery was fast, but food was barely warm. Worst wonton soup (big lumps of tasteless boiled dough in a clear broth. That's it), Worst SPECIAL fried rice (specially tasteless), fried pork (rather a sliver of pork in a big lump of tough chewy dough, as shown in photo), and fried ... noodles EVER. Sweet and sour soup was tasteless, none of the punch it normally has. I rescued the vegetables from the fried noodles and fried them with sesame oil and fresh ginger. Everything else went straight to the compost bin after one bite. The 2 spring rolls that came with the order were good. $56 + tip, way too expensive for 2 rolls and some veggies. Not ordering ever again. And considering all the 1 star reviews, it is surprising, to say the least, that they have a 3.4 average. I would expect it to be closer to 2 stars. I had such a craving for soo guy and spareribs. I ordered a #3 a few days ago, food came fresh, still hot (despite a mini snow squall, apologies to the delivery person!). I was not only pleased with the flavour and freshness, but they were also generous in portion ... sizes, the rice and veggies had big chunks of chicken and the ribs weren't just bones and fat. The worst take out ever. General Tao was soft, tastelessness, over sugary and not hot at all. The Seafood w. Salt and Pepper was horrific, was nothing but salty fried pieces of something that smelled like old fish. The steamed rice was 3/4 cooked (we are talking about the ... second easiest dish to cook, just after ice cubes!!)? Chop suey was soaked in water with three pieces of over boiled vegetables. The food was incredible. Tons of flavor. Great price. Service was fantastic. 10/10 definitely recommend 👌 .
