My brother, my son and I wanted to try out this spot, but although Google Maps said it was open, it was closed when we got there. It's not terrible but you can find way better griot for much cheaper pretty much anywhere in Montreal North. If you don't want to go that far you could always just stop on Beaubien. Everything was absolutely delicious (on par with Bistro King Creole) and was excellent value. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. Will definitely be back.

The Acras were very small and very expensive. The flavour was there but no salt and very flowery so they were not fried properly. The plantains were great in size and well fried but they had no salt. The sauce was good but missing salt. The pikliz was great not ... too spicy not too vinegary just enough.
