Fantastic experience throughout the evening. The food was delicious, thoughtful and well prepared. The wine pairing is definitely recommended and matched well with each course. Olivier was especially amazing and elevated the whole night to the next level. Props to Tiffany too.

Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. 1st time at Le Fantome. Overall experience was wonderful. Service was amazing. Jeremy, our waiter was great. Nice vibe, with candles on the table, very romantic. Space was quite small, probably not suitable for kids. We brought our daughters together; it was ... okay for party of four. First off food is delicious here except for the risotto but you will be hungry later portions are tiny. I enjoyed the restaurant and it's decor service was also excellent. I enjoyed all the food except the risotto which was undercooked and lacking flavor one of the worst risottos I ... have had. The stand out courses the fish was amazing buttery and full of flavor the beef striploin was juicy tender and the potato served with it also excellent. The disappointing part was finding foil in the dessert. The restaurant handled it very professionally comping our drinks I felt bad as our server was excellent all evening and felt terrible over all excellent food just tiny portions and horrible risotto. One of the best culinary experience in Montreal. Great service and superb tasting menu. Do not listen to the critics that say that the portion are too small. There is plenty of food. I will return to this place for sure.

The Full Tasting menu was amazing! We had 8 courses of delicious and exciting flavours, 2 desserts and a few extra items like Deer Heart Consommé and THE BEST homemade sourdough bread with truffle butter. We loved everything we ate, but the highlights were definitely the mushroom dishes, homemade pasta, ... Poularde (chicken) and crab. You can taste the amount of work that goes into every aspect of their food. Wine was paired beautifully with each dish. The wine list is impressive with many natural producers. We were completely satiated and want to return soon because the menu is always changing. The staff was very gracious and informative. The whole experience was great!
