We stumbled onto this place entirely by chance, copying its address into Uber from Google as somewhere near our hotel and that served hamburgers and poutine, something I've always wanted to try. Very good and interesting food. On the menu that day they had a venison burger, horse steak, pheasant sausage tapas, and a number of other unique items. I had the venison burger, which had a great taste and texture—not like a plain ground beef burger. The fries that it came with ... were really great: thin, well-seasoned, and crispy, but not overcooked. The dipping sauce was delicious too. Overall, a very good place to eat something different. My fiancé and I decided to go to Montreal for the weekend. We chose this location based on reviews and pictures! We were not let down. He had the kangaroo and I had the bison. It was amazing. Their craft beers were delicious. The staff was so kind and helpful ... to us because we knew little to no French. I was very nervous that we would be seen as rude but they made us feel so welcome and made the dinning experience fantastic on our first night in Montreal. I've only been there once but the staff is very friendly and professional, but the food was not super for the price. Its original and the portions are generous but I found that it was a bit dull. Delicious food. The poutine with blue sauce was different but good. Also had the salmon tartar which was amazing. Since we enjoyed the dinner, we added the brownie just to see. No regrets.
