I had the "gluten free, lactose free, no nut" option and it was nothing special. We waited a long time for our meal considering it was for take out. Staff is always smiling and very helpful.

Terrible customer service. They sell you the food even if there is no tables available. Waited 30 minutes to pay 16$ for a small portion. Almost no cheese in the Grilled Cheese. Barely any fries with their burgers. Some orders we never received. Won't be going there again.

Upscale fast food comfort food. Not everything lived up to expectations but noteworthy is their foie gras poutine. Didn't try the burgers but they looked delicious. Ferrer's interpretation of fast food is the perfect Friday lunch treat! A tad expensive, but worth it for well-executed classics as well as thoughtful reinventions. It's nice to see Chef Ferrer bring his "chef's surprises" over from some other ones of his restaurants — the complementary dessert was very tasty!
