Nice restaurant not far from little Italy. Inside is clean. Ambiance is relax and cool. Lot of plants. Nice decoration. If went there for a brunch on Sunday. The menus is good. Food and price are friendly and taste is super good. No "café à volonté", no latte or capuchino. Not a ... big problem. I only give 4 stars as the services are super slow. We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. The food was delicious, refined and well presented. We took the 8 courses tasting menu and every dishes were a pleasure to eat. They also have a really nice selection of wine including orange wine. We really appreciated that the chef took ... time to introduce himself at the end of the dinner. Wow!!! Just had the most amazing experience for our anniversary dinner. Flavors, textures, and presentation on point! Chef Chanthy impresses; amazing food, and great wine pairings. My wife is a huge fan of the Urchin dish, but my favorite was the signature dessert. Thank you for a great memory!

I had an amazing 8-course tasting menu at Fieldstone Restaurant. Each dish was innovative and well-constructed. Everyone, from the chef to the waitress, was extremely welcoming. With the amuse bouche and the palate cleanser, we got to taste 10 different plates for $65 per person. It is clearly the best ... bang for your buck when it comes to tasting menus in Montreal. Must try! I discovered this new restaurant and fell in love with it. I highly recommend it to any foodie willing to live a unique culinary & gastronomic experience.
