I don’t like the fact that they don’t gave us a printed bills before we pay. I feel like sometimes they over charging us. The last 2 time we went there the waiting time to get a service at our table was HORRIBLE. We waited 30+ minutes to have a ... waiter at our table, she took our order and we wait another long time that we almost left even if we orders our drinks and the Shisha. Firstly server was very very rude, we asked her to change our spot so many tables were empty she refused secondly she asked her to add tip herself for the worst service I have ever seen. Food was good. But just because of server whole mood was spoiled. I went with my friends in Montreal but everyone was loud specially the table behind us this ppl were like really loud..yelling and screaming for no reason. I would say this place is an absolute joke, but at least jokes are funny. Like wow where do I even begin? For starters this service is awful they pretty much give you no attention as soon as you are seated if you even get seated. We were first in ... line for over an hour and they kept giving us the same excuse saying a table was ready. It took over 30 minutes to place our order and over an hour to get all the drinks, hookah and food we ordered. One person from our table even ordered a sandwich that never came even though the waitress clearly heard her order. They gave her wings instead that were still disappointing. However the service wasn't even the worst part. When it came time to pay we discovered they ripped us off massively. They told us when we sat down that we needed to order $130 of menu items and when it came time to pay we saw a whole bunch of charges we were not told about making the total cost nearly $250. One person at our table tried to pay and they ended up tricking her to give a larger tip than she intended to on top of the outrageous gratuity fee. Great ambiance, cozy seating, and attentive staff make this lounge a perfect spot to unwind. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the hookah was mind blowing, the menu offered a variety of tasty options. Definitely coming back for more.
