Food was really good, is a shame because the servers were inattentive and did not bring my wife her second drink after more than 10 minutes of waiting. This was a very last minute dinner but it was very good! We got 3 appetizers: calamari, warm brie & the chicken dumplings and they were all so amazing, especially the calamari. For our main meals I got the shrimp pizza, and my friends got the mac n cheese, lobster and shrimp ... fettucini pasta, and the Caesar salad with grilled salmon and none of us had any complaints!! Been living in Griffintown a little while now and wanted to check out Zibo as a nice local place and their happy hour specials. I'm really pleased with the selection, service , attention to detail and overall experience. The happy hour deals are 6$ for a variety of cocktails, beers ... and even a few wines from Monday through Thursday (4-6 pm). This is a great deal compared to the typical rate of 15$+ so it makes things that much better. I was not disappointed at all. Visited Zibo for our first dinner in Montreal. The service was commendable; staff frequently checked on us and were quick with our orders. We got seated at the patio, offering a view of the streets, which was nice but not extraordinary. The highlight, however, were the drinks—they were so good ... that we ended up ordering more than planned. Definitely recommend trying a variety of them. The food was mixed. The pizza was somewhat disappointing; the base wasn’t very well-developed, and while the toppings were flavorful, they were a bit overwhelming. The salmon tartare, on the other hand, was enjoyable with a good flavor, and the accompanying bread nicely contrasted the texture. The warm brie, topped with honey and glazed walnuts, was a delightful sweet appetizer. Overall, Zibo is worth checking out if you’re in Montreal and looking for a pleasant, quiet dinner with some fantastic drinks. Read more

I recently dined at Restaurant ZIBO! and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, the experience was unpleasant. The servers were welcoming. However, the food was horrible. I ordered the SOUTHWEST SALAD and it hardly had any seasoning. And I ordered STEAK-SANDWICH unfortunately the meat was uncooked and it didn’t have the caramelized ... onions, it tasted horrible. And to be fair the onion soup is the only delicious item I ordered. Read more
