The service was a little slow, my glass of water was often empty for a while and the food was taking a long time getting out the kitchen (the restaurant was also pretty much empty) the Brie was good, but nothing impressive, the calamari was ok, nothing special and the ... sauce coming with it is chipotle, so if like me you don’t like chipotle and you like to eat your calamari without sauce. The salmon tartar was just bad, just when it arrived at the table I could tell something was wrong with it, the color was weird and so was the taste, it wasn’t fresh at all. We returned it. I always enjoy my experience at Zibo. The service is great, whether it's being greeted at the door, a meal at the bar, and even in the dining room. Two comments about my recent experience: the lights were too dim (difficult to read the menu) and the meat of the ... burger was overcooked. It was very dry and chewy. I usually have pasta (Fettuccini) and switch it up with the appetizers. I wanted to try something different this time (portobello burger) - I don't recommend. We were there on a Saturday night for my friends birthday… Everyone enjoyed their food, and the service was great. Special thanks to the bartender 💜Marilyn💜who gave us a very good service and helped us: such a kind and joyful soul. This place wasn’t packed, the music volum and genre was good , ... place was clean, and tge aesthetic was very chich/classy. They let us bring our decorations for the table. I ordered the Seafood Fettuccine, it was good but too salty for me. The place is nice and cozy, you can sit outside if you want to. The service was fast.

Hi Big deception tonight at "Zibo " I do not like to make poor reviews , but sometimes you have no choice . They over cooked the " filet mignon " Which was requested medium rare . It was well done , the waitress said no problem will replace it and give a ... discount . The excuse they gave the steak wasn't prepared by the chef , but a helper! When the server brought the bill , there wasn't any discount. I told him we where promised an discount he said no one told him ! Communication between employees in that establishment seems deficient . He came back we a discounted bill of $ 15.00 on an original price of $ 315.00 approximately.Definitly no math whizz here because of there explanation that follows I told them it wasn't enough , 3 or 4 employees came to argue with me . One even told me it was restaurant policy 10% discount , but even then they where wrong a bill of $315.00 a $15.00 dollars discount is not quite 5% 🤔. They finally gave $49.00 after I argued that there competitor gave me the plate for free after the same mistake and with no arguments .
