I visited your restaurent today at 7:45 PM to pick up my order and was disappointed with the service I received. The person at the counter did not acknowledge me in any friendly or courteous manner and appeared visibly annoyed, giving me the impression of wanting me to just ... take my order and leave. There was no communication or attempt at customer service. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, a minimum level of respect and professionalism is essential in customer service roles. We went for the breakfast buffet during the weekend. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and accessible (parking on site). I liked the breakfast but didn't feel that the options offered were enough. Went to this place for the first time to try it as it is close by to my home and I drive by it on a regular basis. I am giving it a four-star for the following reasons. Overall the food was really good and relatively well priced for the ... portions. The only reason I removed a star is that this is a shisha bar so for someone who is not as comfortable around smoke, you are constantly surrounded by it as people are smoking at every table. I understand this is the concept of the restaurant although I would have appreciated if they advise you of that when you first walk in so that you can make a choice and not be stuck with smoke while you're eating your meal.
