Le Café Bloom - Montreal, Quebec

I am not normally one to write reviews but I went to Le Cafe Bloom at the start of March and I am still dreaming about it two months down the track. I can't remember the name of the dish I had but it was the oyster mushrooms with scrambled ... egg with herbs and sour dough. It was the best breakfast I have ever had an nothing will ever compare. Great coffee, delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend “the big plate" on their weekend brunch menu. Heads up dress extra warm in the winter! It’s super cold in there and their portable heaters unfortunately aren’t enough to warm you up.

The place is cosy and lovely! Taste of coffee was amazing. Really good coffee. The breakfast (Bun Dej) was good. Very friendly staff.

Very cozy bistro/café, very attentive staff, very welcoming, the lattle glacé was very good, as well as the matcha latte, the waffles were delicious and good quantity for the price. Very recommended spot for brunch too with a good vibe to talk and enjoy a good company.

I was quite disappointed at the meal I got when I came here I didn’t end up finishing it things didn’t go well with each other. One the vegetables in the sandwich had a hard part in it, the coleslaw tasted a bit bland and I’m generally just not a ... fan of potatoes others may say it’s fine but I’m potatoes hardest critic. My other guest did enjoy their meal however. Perhaps it was just that sandwich that was not good I have tried other things there and they were amazing. So I’m updating my review to 4 stars instead of two. I continue to go here for there things but I still do hesitate to try the menu. Their drinks are spot on though after all a shop with the word Cafe in the name would be shunned if their drinks weren’t up to par! You won’t be disappointed here though!
