First time trying the high tea experience, the tea was good and overall great experience. We went to the english afternoon tea and were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of each item served. The platters had more salty items, which is something I prefered and at the end of the tea session, I was very full. The scones especially were memorable. There was about 10 ... varieties in the tea selection. I very much quite enioyed the ambiance. Although there is normally a 2h max time slot, because there was no reservation after us, the staff allowed us to stay until we wanted to leave. It was a friday around 2pm, it wasn't crowded. I don't know why I didn't leave a review last year when I came here, but here we are. My co-traveler and I LOVED this shop! The community table was small but the shop was calm and peaceful. The barista who served us and helped me remain calm while we figured ... out if my card actually went thru was amazing. He let me try all the different types of drinks and foods they had. This café has a lovely vibe and really great staff! The first time I visited I couldn’t wait to go back for the unique afternoon tea experience and it did not disappoint. Loved it! We went for High Tea and we really enjoyed. The food and service were fantastic and the atmosphere was really fun and cozy. We tried Her Majesty the Queen and would love to try the other option next time. The scones were the best I’ve ever had.
