Aweful establishment, with their fraudulant promos at the back of the receipt that they don't even honour. Don't fill out the survey expecting to receive anything as stated, they don't care. But do fill out the survey to give them the grade of zero that they deserve. Too bad you ... have to give at least one star here, they definitely don't even deserve that! My experience was awful! No parking close to the restaurant because all the carts from maxi and winners are parked in the spots. I went to use the bathroom and the restaurant was disgusting—the floors were so sticky, it seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in days. The bathroom was even ... worse! There was usually a log for bathroom cleaning times in fast food bathrooms, but there was none. No paper towels to dry my hands, but oddly, the garbage was empty as if that was the only thing they had done all day. I tried to finesse my kids to eat somewhere else, but they insisted on Wendy’s. We spent over $50 on food and I specifically asked for it to be fresh. We waited over 15 minutes, only to receive food that wasn’t even hot. I checked the order three times to make sure it was complete. The food was bland, and the chicken nuggets were as hard as rocks. My kids, who never leave chicken nuggets on their plates, didn’t eat them. This Wendy’s location is not what it used to be. Given this experience, Wendy’s won’t be my first choice. Read more

I honestly have to say that my experience at this location was amazing. It was my first time stopping here I went through the drive through and the service was excellent and the food even better. Got a baconator and my burger has one singular piece of bacon in it!!!!!!!! Very disappointing. Just go to McDonald's where they'd actually add more than one piece of bacon :)
