Order medium pizza with a poutine and coke!!!!!!! $30.00. I was charged a SURCHARGE FOR DELIVERY $1.50. On the menu it says fast delivery and free for orders above $10.00???????????? pizza was half cooked dough was not cooked. Poutine was warm. Expensive. Delivery took over an hour. I just order 4 Poutine who was supose to have 3 Differents sort of cheese, And for the price we paid it didn't have none.Also, the delivery guy show up late than the time he said.Ask for tips but forget the forks and the napkins.Worst service I had ... for a 15$ Poutine. Ordered delivery via Just-Eat from the Ontario St location. The reviews there were mediocre, but I didn't mind at first, and wanted a restaurant close nearby (under 5 minutes) that sells poutine. So I ordered. The poutine arrived almost an hour later, cold and a mess--it was soggy, congealed, smushy ... and absolutely inedible. Threw it out. The driver also arrived and complained saying his 5-minute drive was worth a 22% tip, saying something about how Just-Eat doesn't proportion tips properly. Then he would not leave until I paid him more. It was insane. It was honestly so incredible how bad this experience was. Never knew they can just refuse to leave your door unless you pay them to. I am giving 5 stars because this place doesn't deserve such a terribly low rating. For the one on Ontario East, it's pretty good. I've never eaten anything else on their menu, but I've tried probably half of their poutines. The fries are made with fresh potatoes and are not overcooked ... or too greasy. The gravy tastes like it was actually made from meat instead of some nasty, powdered gravy mix. And they put in quite a lot of cheese. As far as poutine goes, there is nothing to complain about. They're a simple, pretty good and cheap place for poutine. Since that's what they claim to do, 5 stars. I can't comment on their other menu items, and neither would I want to try them. Went in at 8pm... No one in the place... Warning sign number one... Ordered the 12$ menu, cheese burger 6 wings fries and a drink asked for a pouring instead of fries... Extra 4$... Ok sure they are a pouring place, so it's gonna be good... Right. Comes she forgot the pouring ... part said had to check the menu then remembered... Forgot to ring it in and got a separate bill for yes a full poutine.... Poutine had no flavour, lumpy gravy and needed a crap ton of salt just to eat it. Burger... Cheapest patty possible but allin all a decent "cheap" burger bun was very fresh... Lettuce too... Coke was good as it was a can... Now on to the wings.... Asked how they came... Hot mild or... She says they come with the same sauce... A little bit spicy but in fact plain greasy wings served with the same lumpy gravy the poutine came with... Gross flavourless wings... Service was ok, but again I was the only one there so really... Won't be going back and will be warning others... This place should consider at least a signature sauce since they make poutine!!
