What ever you do, don't order from this place. They messed up my order all 3 times I ordered there. (And the only reason I went there again after they messed up is because they are the only place that's open late.) I think this place can legally be shut down, especially if they keep writing up bills. The fries smelt old, the pizza dough was mush, the drinks were warm, and the whole was way overpriced, especially that a large is smaller than a regular sized portion elsewhere. Order with caution, ... owner probably knows they're closing soon and trying to scam a buck. So aggravating, it's pizza.. I never thought I'd get mad over pizza! So to my first review ever, hopefully I save someone, don't be daring, no matter how hungry you are. Unless you're daring someone, great dare. Now I understand how some reviews get to be so long, I don't have an amptitude of time on my hands, I'm just really upset! If I'd have been made to feel the opposite, this super long review would tell a different story! This is in my top 3 worst pizza ever ate. Even in Cuba I ate better fries and pizza than this one. Really disappointed with the quality of the fries which looked to be cooked a week before and just re-heated, I guess this is their technique to save money. ... The pizza taste like the ingredients were old and past due date. Never going to order from that place ever again. The delivery time was fine although, it only took 40 minutes. I ordered using just-eat website but forgot to add something so I tried calling the place but no one picked up the phone... This place is definitely in my blacklist. So upset. I was at first excited for the veggie burger-poutine delivery options from pizza mima. I waited two hours for my cold delivery, they forgot my poutine and the pizza my boyfriend ordered was absolutely inedible - and I have never said that about a pizza! I mean pizza ... isn't always great, but its at least edible..and this is from a place with "pizza" in their name! When I called to ask where my delivery was, the man was rude to me. The delivery person yelled at me because he didnt know how to work my door buzzer and took no accountability for the delay. I called back exclaiming how this was unacceptable and that on top of the wait time, I now was ripped off paying for a poutine I never got and the food was awful. The didnt answer my call even though it was business hours, so I was forced to leave a message with my phone number, but I never ever got a call back. Wow, amazing pizza, poutine and service!!! Being a poutine lover, I can safely say that this place is one of the best poutine places in Montreal. They serve 20 different kinds of poutines, with 3 different veggie poutines.
