Solid casse croute happening over here. I was recommended this place from a buddy living in the west and it’s a pretty sweet hidden gem. Poutines are generous and have just the right texture. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cheese curds were legit with just ... enough squeakiness. Sauce did have a beef base taste but I wasn’t totally sure as I inhaled my meal in 2mins. Also had the cheeseburger, pogo and onions rings. Pogo was dece but felt a bit doughy inside. I think it could’ve used a bit more time in the fryer. Onion rings were pretty light and crispy. Burger was just how I liked it, thin meat patty with crispy edges. Smashed on top with handprint on the buns so you know it’s authentic. Overall it’s a great place to give your heart a workout. I went online and most of the reviews said best poutine ever so i had to try it out and it is!! The fries are cooked to perfection and theres sauce and cheese all the way through not just at the top like most restaurants they skimp on the cheese ... well not here & also if you want real poutine cheese this place is a must try I definitely will come back to try other things on the menu and recommend you do too!! Went back to try out their beef gyro wrap thats very juicy and taste good with a side of poutine of course. Portion size is well worth it. Read more
