Satisfies cravings for deep fried food. Portions are very generous. If you order the mitraillette no need for side fries, they come on top of the sandwich. Love their sauces : samurai, andalouse and américaine at once!

Went there at around 7pm, we were 5 customers in the entire restaurant and it took them close to 30 minutes to serve up 3 burgers. No service in between. As soon as the food came, the waiter kept coming around our table asking if everything was okay. The burger ... was smaller than expected... By quite a bit. 2 waitress sitting around on their cellphones and 3 of them running around in the kitchen doing nothing. Fries could've been a bit more fresh; they were lukewarm. The service was slow. The portions were huge but the food quality was "ok". I was disappointed by the lack of flavor of the white sauce that came with the lobster poutine. Milkshakes were good (specially the strawberry).

The food here is always super good! Wish they had an option to make the fries vegetarian, I felt bad that my friend wasn't able to get them because they're cooked in fat. What is super cool though is that you get to pick the sauce for your fries out ... of a long list of choices. The staff is super friendly and I love their punny "Back to the Friture" shirts. Very good poutines, staff and ambiance. Alcoholic drinks are reasonably priced and super good (just don't forget to ask them to NOT add any ice to your cocktail). The place itself looks very nice, with a nice distinguished style. Restrooms have been vandalized and need a cosmetic refresh though. From ... the streets, it may seem hidden since it looks like in a basement but don't let the stealth of this place fool you, it is a very nice reasonably priced restaurant and.
