Uber Eats delivery I never saw my second pizza, they make it confusing to order. 40$ for an average size average taste all-dressed pizza…

Placed an order for 22h00 pickup. Get there at 21h45 and it's closed. Website says open until 23h00. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas to get there... and they charged me for my order, too. Totally ridiculous.

Not Only they don't know how to read the notes that I put in my order, they also have the worst customer service call center, the person that answered the first call was insulting and shut the line in my face, the second person on the call transfered me to ... her supervisor who was even more insulting by proposing a $5 credit on my next purchase in exchange to a Medium Pizza that they messed up by doing exactly the opposite of what I mentioned in my note. I will never order with Double Pizza anymore and will not recommand this restaurant to anyone I know, I will also tell my story as much as I can. Read more

Although the food was excellent, their customer service is horrible and rude. They forget an item from our order and when we called then to ask for the delivery guy to drop it by our location, they simply refused. They even ask us to go back to get a refund ! Very unwelcoming and rude service, everyone looks like they hate their jobs. Pizza and cheesy bread were dry tasting and their marina sauce tastes like their pizza sauce which tasted weird when using it as a dip. Also found a hair in my fries and a ... cheesy piece missing (received 7/8 pieces).. the price was the only positive thing but id honestly rather spend 35% more and get much better quality and taste elsewhere.
