The lady that works the grill in the back is very rude. You try and say what you’d like and she talks over you without even looking at you. Feels like you have inconvenienced her by ordering. You say thank you no reply just turns around and walks away. Another ... lady came after me and it was the same issue. Both of us looked at each other confused. I ordered the breakfast club and got an end piece of the loaf 😳 the sandwich is 11.49 and you give out end pieces. I shall never return **edit to reply to owner. I made a typo the sandwich was 11.49 and that is the reduced price as i did not want the side potatoes. I have a receipt to prove this. Also as a french speaking Quebecor I have no issues speaking to the lady in french. The lady after me was a tourist , perhaps just about to get on the train. As a restaurant in Central Station just opposite of the trains where tons of tourist (non french speaking people) come in to grab something quick its quite rude to comment the official language here is French rather then address the actual issue. The woman taking orders at the grill was incredibly rude. We had a language miscommunication - I asked “can I do the vegetable omelette?” And she took that as “deux vegetable omelette.” I tried to clear up multiple times throughout the order that I was only ordering ONE vegetable omelette ... with toast and potatoes, but at the end she tried to hand me two omelettes. I told her politely that I’m sorry, but I only ordered ONE omelette. She proceeded to tell me I ordered two, that the mistake was mine, and that she had repeated my order back to me several times (in response to each I had said I want only ONE). She was incredibly rude, asking “well what am I supposed to do with this second omelette?” When I said “I don’t know,” she said “you don’t know what you ordered?” And rolled her eyes at me, even though I was clearly responding to her rhetorical question. The original issue here was clearly a miscommunication while ordering, and that’s fine. It would have been fine if she had just said “oh, sorry” and not yelled at me. I am not responsible for her misunderstanding and it is not acceptable for her to yell at a customer the way she did. I’m shocked. Additionally, the food isn’t even worth it. Popped in to grab some lunch and food for our train. The pre-made pastry was fine but the food made to order was not what was expected. My friend got a small plate breakfast and there was no seasoning on eggs, bread was burnt and bacon was either under or ... over cooked. I got the poutine and I highly recommend you don’t get it. Fries were soggy and not fully cooked. Gravy was nasty and lots of pepper was on it too. The people making the food were rude as well. Also pre-made sandwiches are just sad. Unless you are going to grab pre-made pastries or snacks from brands don’t bother. Read more

Decided to pop by this place in the intention to support a local non-chain restaurant around Gare Centrale. However, they charged me $12 for a simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and coffee. And to add salt to the wound, it wasn't even good and the chef was constantly coughing ... with no mask and all. If you want to eat there, go at your own risk! Read more

On March 27, 2024 I went with other 4 coworkers and unfortunately the lady taking the orders was very rough and nasty. Also the chicken & steak wrap were tasteless more bell peppers that protein and no sauce. The only good experience was the lady at the payment station who ... was nice and friendly. Read more
