A & W - Montreal, Quebec

Quality of food decreased a lot. A burger goes to 7$ (only the burger). It should be at least delicious… Fries almost 4$. Tables and floor are sticky. Bad smoky air.

I am not a big fan of fast food, but A & W is one of the better options for an immediate meal. I am addicted to their sweet potato fries, and I always take my burgers with a wrap of lettuce (instead of the bun). BTW, their beyond meat ... is tasty. Read more

This Branch of A&W is not big but more accommodate! You get your order hot and ready in a few minutes. Toilets are open and clean. They offer a refill soft drinks 😃 Their parking are huge, even if you don't want to go in car there's a bus just near ... to it. I recommend it! Read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich! The cashier then told me that all bacon cheeseburgers come with chicken in them!!! Complete stupidity. I will not be going back here ever. I also wonder why with so many bad reviews going back ... months these problems have not been addressed. I can only conclude that A&W doesn't care about their customers concerns in the least. I invite you to prove me wrong by responding to this review ASAP. If I was at the head office reading all these terrible reviews I would be at that location in a flash & have the staff & manager read all the reviews and take the necessary actions immediately up to & including retraining and firing incompetent employees. Awesome and fast service. Food was excellent and the place was clean with active staff available. They actually refilled their napkins without us having to even say anything! Staff deserve a raise for actually caring!
