We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year’s Eve experience here. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this pleasant spot had just the right tone - happy, but not too boisterous -warm and bright, but also subdued. The young chef riffs off of Indonesian food to create original and flavourful dishes, much like a ... talented musician creating an original masterpiece inspired by an overall theme. The youthful co-owner not only welcomes guests, she attends at tables with an ever present sincere smile. Really quaint place! The Rösti is a must have !! I had the Pacific one for brunch, simply delicious. The staff was also very kind and stayed open even though we arrived 15min before closing (we didn't realize!) We greatly appreciated their indulgence and warmth. Great service, great food at a low price for the quality. It's a casual place. The plates are not small, but they're not too big either. We took two dishes per person and were satisfied.

Ask for descriptions of plates before you order! Not everything is what it seems. Went for our anniversary dinner, we went a little nuts and had 6 dishes!!
