You will not get better quality food for the cost. It seems to be the only place in Montréal that hasn’t been affected by inflation. Menu items are simple/healthy/and very well portioned. Highly recommend for an easy lunch spot.

I have been here a few times and thought I should finally leave a nice review. The staff are super friendly but that's pretty common in mtl. I got a small soup and reg. coffee for 6$, they gave me bread and offered to heat up the milk which were ... both really nice. Their portions are altogether amazing and tasty! They have a ton of comfortable seating, it's spacious, free wifi, charging outlets everywhere, super clean. Music isn't too loud at all, so it's easy to do work. Best place for lunch in the area. Quality of the food for the price is priceless. Feel and taste like homemade grandmothers meals.
