The shop located in the building, lobby, on côte-des-neiges is the WORST customer service ever I was asking the lady questions about the menu and she said to order on the TV. I asked to purchase a mask she said it’s 50 cents cash only. However, I wanted to pay credit ... card since I don’t carry money on me anymore, I ask if I could leave it in tip as I ordered something. She never replied and continue to cook her food. I normally support local, however DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service, go to Tim Hortons right beside not worth it. I write this because I want this place to be better. It used to be lovely for studying or working, but recent choices have removed the humanity from the place, installing an order screen and dismissively referring customers to signs and bits of paper scattered everywhere instead of speaking with ... them. I understand masks can be hard to speak through these days but the attitude is excessive and made me feel unwelcome. The rest of the renovations they did for tables and bright warm lighting are wonderful. The tea latte was also disgustingly sweet--please let customers sweeten to their taste. Flavour syrups just taste like corn syrup when you're expecting the taste of actual spices or vanilla. It's too bad for what was at one point a nice independent coffee shop. I now only come here as a last resort when all the other spots are closed. I'd love to see it come back towards the more welcoming ambiance it once had. Read more

Was served a sandwich lacking advertised ingredients (cheese, French toast); very dry. When I asked for mayo, I was served a cup filled 1/4 which was not even enough for half my sandwich. Cannot order at the table, have to order at the counter. Half an hour to get served ... the said sandwiches. Maybe this place used to be good and changed owners. Otherwise, the good reviews were paid for. This is a shame, since this place is well located, has a nice terrace, and they do know how to make decent coffee and bagel sandwiches. Read more

Great coffee in the Plateau. The coffee is very calm, perfect to spend time there studying or reading a book. It also offer a large choice of organic or simple coffee. Food is good. Decor is simple. Fast services. Staffs are nice and work fast.

Have been a customer for maybe 7-8 years. Love the place. Although the owner has changed a few times there is always an acceptable level of service here. Staff are usually young free spirits. It has a lot of tables with great lighting, great ambiance music and they’re open till ... 10pm every night. Perfect place to meet friends or study/read. What else can you ask from a cafe? Read more
