Chatime - Montreal, Quebec

I bought 4 cups of Chatime milk tea on the Fantuan, and all the products had quality problems. I tried to contact the owner of the Fantuan to ask for compensation, but they didn't give me a new delivery. Why Chatime works with such unscrupulous takeout vendors.

Super slow service... they made a mistake on someone’s order and had ALL FOUR EMPLOYEES try to solve the problem and stopped taking the order. It was a problem that one person could have handled (max 2). ALSO they don’t take reusable bottles GEEZ I’m just tryna save plastic. Drinks are good. Wide variety to suit any taste. The seating inside is not always the cleanest though. And sometimes the wait is long but it can be expected I guess. Also, once waited 30 mins in line to get to the cash just to be told that they were out ... of tapioca pearls. The service is great, didn't have to wait long at all and the drinks are just amazing alot to choose from. Really great place filled with great people! Always a smile from staff! A lot of chairs and places to sit.
