Service was amazing , food was great. The staff , emmanuel was very friendly .

Tried ordering using UberEats, they called my phone directly telling me I had to cancel my order because they didn’t have what I wanted. I explained to them I would be charged but they became incredibly rude and told me to just deal with uber. After attempting to call back ... and receiving the same refusal to do anything, i had uber cancel the order and I was charged $25 for an order I never got. I tried explaining to uber what happened but they told me its up to restaurants to cancel it once they marked the order as ready to be picked up and that St Hubert was still going to receive money for the order. If I could give less star, would have. Been going to this place for the past 6yrs but recently the food quality and and service has been awfully bad. Mentioned to them many times but no changes. Guess it’s a new management: - soggy fries - rude cashier( the one one never wears ... her uniform) - burnt chicken - same cashier that was eating chicken, didn’t wash her hands and put the breads in the box - skimping out on the sauce portions, especially the Piri piri sauce Had to throw the whole food to the garbage, not worth going back cause you know that cashier is going to be a Karen. I was treated to the quintessential Canadian dining experience on a takeout order by the exceptional staff here tonight. For $7.99 the food was delicious and moreover it was a total experience of Canadian culture. As much as people knock St. Hubert for increasing prices or low quality, ... it truly is a Canadian MEAL. Canada is mostly known for the highest quality maple syrup and smoked salmon but these are not a meal. I can only highly recommend this place based on value and the kindness of the staff.
