Went back for a second time to compare with the pre-covid experience. The food is decent, it's all your can eat. You have plenty of options to cook, whether you live fish, red meat or poultry. Some pieces such as the beef ribs were really tasty, while others like the regular ... beef were more bland. Dessert is mostly limited to ice cream but it's good. Service is fine, however I find that some of my orders were sometimes forgotten, while others were late. It's confusing because you don't know if you should reorder. To see more accurate reviews, sort by *lowest* first. We came as a group of five and were charged $30 extra as a ... “group of 6 or more”, even though we were 5. The manager then said it was because we sat at a “large” table (it was a table for four plus a baby seat). The food was pretty disgusting to be honest - the lettuce was brown and the seafood had a rotten smell. The rest of the food was either bland or over seasoned. The portions are small and the service is slow, especially for a place with a time limit to eat. The only reason this restaurant is still in business is by offering discounts for five star reviews. Food: The sushi, which I had high expectations for, didn't quite hit the mark for me, especially considering the price point of $42.99. While I understand that quality ingredients come at a cost, the dishes I received didn't seem to justify the expense. The overall taste and presentation were just ... okay, and I was left feeling that the value for money was not there. Service: This aspect was particularly disappointing. I understand and respect the importance of tipping as a reflection of service satisfaction. However, due to my overall experience with both the meal and service being below par, I was hesitant to tip. This led to a rather uncomfortable situation where a staff member expressed their dissatisfaction quite vocally, which only compounded my disappointment. Promotions: It's worth noting that the restaurant offers a discount for positive reviews. While I appreciate incentives, this practice could potentially influence the authenticity of the ratings. The service was great but the last minute, one guy (the server) wearing an eye glasses was so RUDE and told us “YOU CAN GO NOW!”with no manners!!!!!!!! All of us were shocked! We ordered twice!!!! tempura, shrimp, calamari and seaweed salad They NEVER serve! Fun experience, great food lots of options to choose from, amazing waiters everyone was super nice and fast, I recommend for groups more than four people to make reservations the restaurant gets full fast. Saturday You only get two hours per table to eat so I recommend everybody entering at ... the same time. And all we had a great night, and I would definitely come back again. Read more
