I m giving a 5 star only because of Tracey her customer service is out of this world. You can tell in an instant she loves her job. Coq au bec management take note you have a diamond in Tracey !

Ordered for pick-up. Once home, I found they had given me a different (cheaper) order. They were unwilling to either refund the difference or provide the correct original order.

They used to fill their delivery boxes with fries... Now they barely put any fries in. They're becoming cheap. I'm done with this place!

I had great service from Tacey, who was very nice and smiled a lot. The food is great, but a bit expensive. Since everything has gone up in price, I understand. I don't have it delivered because I live almost across the street from the restaurant and they told me it ... takes longer for delivery. I call and make my order and they say it will be ready in 15 mins, so I time myself and when I arrive, my food is ready. Read more
