Okay so this place…. Reserved for my friend bridal this summer. It was a first time for everyone. I had checked the menu before hand and it seemed pleasant. Yet the portion are LITTLE for the prices. Was expecting 3 Brasseurs portions but it was all more of "bite" style. ... Similar to what you’d get at a wedding or any corporate event. I needed to order 3 dish to feel full. So eat before or after you go, it’s not the place to get meals. Waitress : I believe she tried her best but I’ve experienced better. The girl seemed stressed, overwhelmed and she was running around a lot : she had little to no energy to provide a good service. Had to ask multiple times for the same thing or grab her on the go because she wouldn’t come to our table to ask if we needed anything. Architecture: the way to the bathroom was the weirdest thing ever considering the reputation of the place. The overall maintenance was very poor. I felt like I was in some sketchy bar/club bathroom somewhere on St-Laurent street. Vibe and views : music and the "aesthetic" was decent yet we preferred ending the night somewhere else. Maybe when there’s particular events it’s nicer but we were not impressed enough to stay. We found the music somewhat loud. Drinks : The ratio of alcohol in drinks is low. I’ve had drinks with more alcohol and better taste. Conclusion: I guess it’s a good place for the influencers or people who value socials media: take you’re little pictures and stories it will all looks very nice. My friend and I went there for brunch on June 4th. We enjoyed our time there: great music and just a chill place. We were seated in the bar and were greeted immediately by our waitress. Our waitress was so nice and attentive to our needs. She recommended the lychee ... and strawberry sangria and it was so refreshing. I had the chicken taco and my friend had the salmon. It’s a nice place and they have good food but the waitress we got was horrible, very rude, and we did not fully enjoy our time here. We spoke to the manager afterwards and he was really nice and friendly but I have to unfortunately give this place a full broken ... down review so here it goes: 1. Starter plate was tasty and came the fastest. 2. The mini potato’s and Mediterranean salad were fairly small portions but also arrived quickly. 3. Would recommend the vegetarian dumplings. 4. Service is 1/5 in terms of friendliness, accommodation, and lastly honesty. 5. Beware of the preset tips of 25-30% if this is not something you want to put forward. 6. The waitress forced us to purchase water because she did not want to bring larger cups or give us a water refill because she doesn’t want to go back and forth. (We didn’t ask for a refill just a bigger cup of water). 7. Ambience is great minus the incident and the luck we had with service. Beautiful terrace, I loved the vibe and the ambience. Perfect for brunch! We tried most of the things from the menu and everything was delicious. Grilled octopus and tuna tostadas were my favorite. For some reason boozy brunch wasn't available at 12pm on a Saturday.

Caution: The unfriendly ignorant hosts that you'll meet at the door are the worst thing you'll encounter there. They act rude and look down to the customers like they own the town ! When you pass them it gets better !!! We went to terrasses Bonsecours on a Wednesday evening and ... the place wasn't crowded. Despite that, since we didn't have a reservation, the "door gals" told us to go and "find a seat at the bar" suggesting we should keep coming back to them to see if a table is available, no need to say we went back several times and they didn't give a damn, talking and flirting among each other ! The cocktail is great, the food is very good and our bartender was nice. The portions are small like appetizer though. The DJ is a good one too. Read more
