Ended up here out of the blue because the table we had at another restaurant ended earlier than expected and it was pouring rain out! (4 girls who needed more time to catch up) They had space, the environment was beautiful and lovely, and the staff were so kind and knowledgable! ... We had such a good time! My favorite bar in Montreal for the VIBE and cocktails. You can get appetizers here. And I had the hummus and homemade pita chips on my most recent visit for my birthday in March and it was the best hummus I ever had!!! The pita chips too were homemade and ... to die for! I love the sexy atmosphere here and whether you sit downstairs or upstairs you will feel an atmosphere like no other! I love sitting upstairs where can I enjoy seeing their chandelier made of glasses! The staff here are also very attentive, and the G.M Gabriel is a gentleman, and so so wonderful. I highly recommend PULLMAN but go early if you can, before 6pm and reserver a table online, as after 6 pm it gets very very busy, go before then to TRULY experience an intimate vibe and enjoy al that Pullman has to offer! We wanted to try some local wines from the Quebec region and Pullman was highly recommended. It has a great,, very warm and comfortable atmosphere for enjoying a tasting. Great wine bar. Love the decor. Nice bar seats. Sell wine to go as well (small but good selection on the shelves). Every wine I tried was fantastic. Montreal really is the wine capital of North America, maybe worldwide. Great natural wines too. Glass of wine was $11-17 each, not ... too bad price was. All very great quality. Some Canadian wines and then also wines from all over. Unfortunately the kitchen was down due to flooding from the crazy storm we had that day so I didn’t get to try the food, but def worth coming here for the wine! Read more
