A more than solid chain pub, dont expect anything transcendental but at the same time the food is good, the prices are relatively cheap for Montreal and cocktails are surprusingly great. We went for a fish and chips and the loaded nachos both were good and abundant (maybe even a bit ... too much). And has a coke and a cocktail to drink. The cocktail was extremely good, though a bit light on the alchool for the price. All the staff was nice, funny and competent and service was faster than average for Montreal. We could communicated in both english and french and one of the waiters even knew some spanish which is a big plus for the tourist crowd. Atmosphere is what you expect for a chain pub but brought down by the ground floor being under construction when we went in. Not much to note there. It has a good atmosphere. The attitude of the staff is friendly and polite! For the welcome drink, a bottle of water, which I think is okay! Our order : - NACHOS! - A mix of beers from rich to richer served in small glasses! - CARBONADE! - Two half-liter glasses of beer IPA! The combination ... of flavors was good! The CARBONADE was very delicious, crispy ,soft and fresh! The sauces were very tasty!
