Andrew, the manager, known as Turbo, was horrible! I was there earlier tonight and I came across the street to use the bathroom from mad Hatters. he started yelling at me and disrespecting me. Disrespecting my friends. The bathroom In mad Hatters was very dirty so we wanted to use a ... clean bathroom. He is known as the owner. And I would never recommend a woman or any person for that matter to go there.. absolutely horrible.. The manager and a man sitting at the bar grabbed at me and my phone. Very, very wrong!! no man should be grabbing a young woman like that!! And insisting that she get out!! if it’s that serious they should’ve called the police!! Great place to unwind with friends. The stout beers here are something else. We enjoyed our evenings here. The place is quite the vibe and the staff are very friendly.
A good cosy and clean Irish Pub in central MTL , have been several times Good choice of beers , good Guinness ( from the Tap & Guinness zero from the can ) overall excellent service , a bit let down by the food ( and plenty of alternatives locally for ... better food ) , steak salat was underwhelming and a poor portion of meet for the price * note to owner - bring back the original steaks and poutine , fries , live music was good , fair pricing , nice terrace out front and back , will be back against , tip parking nearby and 2 mins from Novotel Read more
Loved every moment I spent here for the week I was in Montreal! The manager/bartender Andrew was incredibly friendly, and he poured a perfect pint of Guiness every time!
