I've only had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Phnom Penh twice recently, but each experience has been exceptional. Their Pho is absolutely delicious, offering a choice of two broths and two types of noodles. During my first visit, I opted for the usual pork broth, which was incredibly flavorful. On ... my second visit, I decided to try the beef broth, and it was even more impressive—rich and full of flavor.The service at Restaurant Phnom Penh is very friendly, and the food arrives quickly after ordering. I appreciate the efficient and welcoming atmosphere.During my last visit, I noticed many Vietnamese customers ordering various dishes that looked unique and authentic. I'm eager to try more of these authentic dishes on my next visit, as they all looked incredibly appetizing.Overall, Restaurant Phnom Penh has quickly become a favorite, and I look forward to exploring more of their menu. The best way to describe this small eatery is authentic! Large portions of great noodles for 10-12$. The dry option of noodle soup is highly recommended. Downsides-it’s on the second floor so poor accessibility and the parking nearby is difficult. It’s pretty out of the way.

We ordered two dishes, one dry & one soup and both were really tasty. The soup was flavorful but not at all oily. We also got 2 iced coffees which tasted great. Are you looking for an authentic Cambodian Phnom Penh noodle soup? This is a very small place (about 30 seats) and is only opened from 10h30 to 15h00 except Wednesday is closed. The menu is very simple: the best is the Phnom Penh noodle soup or dry; don't ... forget the fried bread; chicken fried rice and the ice coffee. You want delicious food, then you must sacrifice the ugly front door decor and the zero parking availability in front of the restaurant.
