Incredibly..... BAD! Just try it, and I assure you of the same effect! To some up, sushis weren't fresh, the service was poor quality: we had to ask for every little things that we wanted (ex: refill of water). The waiter was too busy looking at his phone. This place is severely understaffed... They had one server for the entire restaurant which means nobody was well attended to. Service was slow and impolite. That and we never were given the correct orders. There would always be something added or subtracted to our order which is really annoying. I'm ... really surprised, you'd think the restaurant would be trying harder to impress people during their Groupon promotion but at this rate all they are doing is driving people away. The service was fast and good. The waiters were polite. Food came as we ate and water never went empty. I guess it's because we went on a Monday when there was barely anyone. Still great plus we got a 20% off coupon from restomontreal so that was good service, ... good food + bill that was cheaper than average sushi buffet. Overall better than the Odaki on St Catherine. Went with friends and the place has a very nice environment. While the sushi is average, there is not a lot of varieties as what restaurants would offer in Toronto. But takes EXTREMELY long to make the sushi and by the end of my second hours there I only ate ... about ~8 sushi. Read more

The futomaki at Odaki are too big to fit in your mouth, so you either have to eat them in several pieces (which defeats the purpose) or have them in one go and try not to choke on them, which is really unpleasant. Also, the sushi rice was not really ... good, so I wouldn't recommend the sushi there. The salmon sashimi was good, but we were served about half the quantity that we ordered. On the plus side, the decor was nice, and the shrimps and vegetable tempura were perfect. It was a disappointing experience for an all-you-can-eat sushi place, and for 27$ you can do much better in Montreal. Read more
