Loved this place, the food was amazing. My hubby and I took the Pit boss. It was enough for 2 adults and still had leftovers. The kids loved the pulled pork poutine and Mac & cheese. Delicious burger (5 Napkins), not overcooked, very tender, with melty high-quality cheddar. I liked the choice of sides (got double green salad which was a good portion). They were very accommodating about replacing the bun with lettuce, and even made me a sugar-free mojito, which I enjoyed in their cozy ... backyard terrace. Went for dinner on a Thursday. The restaurant is very small so don't walk in like I did and instead get a reservation! Everything we ate that night was amazing. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I've ever had and the ribs were cooked perfectly as they fell ... off the bones. We went to Le Boucan a while ago and the food was delicious and the portions were very filling. We tried the PULLED PORC POUTINE, the SMOKED BACK RIBS, the MACARONI WITH CHEESE and the 5 NAPKINS BURGER. The staff was friendly and diligent however, the service was a bit slow. ... Friendly service BUT the food is really subpar & dare I say gross compared to any other smokehouse bbq we’ve ever had. For the first time ever, we actually threw away the food bc it was not pleasant to eat. The chicken in the chicken sandwich is extremely dry and ... under-seasoned. The fries in all the dishes are just over cooked, thin and sour. You can’t enjoy the potato flavor because it’s cut extremely thin and has no substances. The coleslaw is also very under-seasoned, and mostly tastes sugary. The poutine sauce with the pulled pork mostly also tastes very sweet but the fries, again were thin, burnt, and sour so it was like eating shoe laces with sauces. The mac and cheese was the only good dish BUT the bacon was very scarce, and the dish was COLD. There was no good mouth-feel or positive item on the menu after spending 100$ on this place.
