The service was smiley and just overall very pleasant, but l put 1 star for the god awful food and alright atmosphere. Let's start with the smaller offense. The atmosphere was fantastic, sporty, cozy, just as you'd expect. But there were two huge tables just... littered with popcorn. Nobody cleaned them in ... the 1 hour-2 hours we were there. There was popcorn EVERYWHERE on the floor. Even in the entrance as we were heading to leave! How'd it get in the entrance! And now, presenting the ugly part. The popcorn was okay, but you could just tell that it only tasted that way smothered in fats, oils and salt. I ordered a blitz burger and it was horrendously small AND disgusting compared to all the other restaurants I've ever went to. The patty was undercooked and didn't taste like actual meat. The Caesar salad was frankly, a pathetic excuse for a bowl of lettuce with a little sauce and some weird dry crunchy croutons. The fries were strangely soggy and lacked any crisp or crunch to them.... I don't know how fries can messed up that badly. On the flipside, the only good food that you can get aside from water is sweet potato fries.... Which are a "replacement" for the fries with a burger that costs an additional 5.50. Also, we had to send it back the first time because it was completely cold! After they came back though? Ohhhh they tasted crispy and soft and tender, absolutely perfect. But alas, it's a shame my family paid over ~120$ for something you could've made so much better at home. My mother didn't even finish her burger because it was that disgusting and barely touched the fries, rightfully so. In conclusion, La Cage is unfortunately just as bad as McDonalds in terms of food quality and advertising. Creating a constant flow of contests and heavy advertising doesn't make your food taste alright ;) Read more

Nice big Sports Bar including a perfect huge screen. Service and their used technics were very fine on a tuesday evening in 80% fully seated situation. Meal and drinks had been served fast and in very good quality and with some smiles and kind words.

Hi Had a quick lunch at Boucherville "La Cage " was very busy at 17.45 . Was seated immediately by hostess Very quick service by my waitress was in a Rush, she made a few recommendation Went for the quinoa 🥗 salad with grilled Chicken 🐔. Goat cheese 🧀 and caramelized pecans Excellent choice the was 👍 ... great and healthy choice . Will repeat Second visit early Sunday dinner, around 16.45 arrival I took goat 🐐 cheese 🧀 & beets appetizer, sweet & creamy 😋. My guest took the guacamole & tortilla chips . Stayed at a nearby hotel for the grand prix weekend. Definitely make sure to book a reservation. Good food, free popcorn and good service. Would recommend
