Ordered online through a 3rd party. Drink came in partially emptied and already opened. The bag in which the drink was was properly closed, so the issue is not with the driver.
I ordered the 4 pcs meal. Look at the size of the 4 pieces...OMG tldid they give me the smallest batch???With macaroni salad and super sized fries. You'll noticed I got charged. But oddly enough I don't see a super size fry and no macaroni salad. I'll start to double ... check my meal before leaving as I'm checking it only when I get home... hate when that happens. It was good. The chicken burger was awesome. The 6pc fried chicken was amazing too. The only issue was the wait time. I had to wait 25 minutes and still one of the food item was not done. Why did you steal my 1 burger? I ordered 6 burgers, but I got only 5 burgers. And they unilaterally insisted that they gave me 6 burgers. So I required that they check their surveillance camera. And I've got the refund for only 1 burger that I could not have, ... although I wasted my time and my fuel (almost 25 min and 25km for a round trip). But they promised that they will compensate for them. They did not abide by anthing and staff, who prmoised it, got a scolding from her manager. She was really rude. She did not solve my complaint. She only scolded staff in front of me. And she only talked with some staff in their language in front of me and just ignored me. She decided to give me the refund for only 1 missing burger and I could not hear "I am really sorry" for their fault. She enjoyed her power as a manager. Her customer service was really poor.
