Ordered fried chicken.. all were raw and still bleeding

i recently placed an order with this buffalo bills location. It took over an hour for my food to come, and when i tried calling to inquire on the whereabouts of the order they never answered. I finally got through to someone who i am assuming was head office and ... when i asked to be compensated for the fact that i waited over an hour for the food (mind you i live 6 minutes from the location), the lady told me there was nothing that could be done then proceeded to hang up on me. Any time there are wings on a menu, I will order them. They are easily my favorite food, and Buffalo Bill Wings and Fries have instantly become my go to. How can these 5 tiny pieces and fries worth 15 bucks? I would assume would be 5 good pieces and sauce on the side with the fries. But sauce mixed together make the fries so soggy and doesn't taste good. By the time the food reach the hotel which over ... an hour and not even taste good anymore. Definitely not worth 15 bucks..
