Walked in to get breakfast at 6:45am and men washroom was filthy clearly not cleansed nor cleaned in a week, if washroom is that horribly nasty so will the food be, did not order anything, ran out of there.. disgusting!!!

Poor customer service. Had to repeat the order few times to make them understand. At the end they gave us wrong order, cold untoasted bagels, forgot an item. And forget about the waiting time.

So disgusting, little housekeeping wont kill you guyz…. Is the owner not ashamed of his restaurant??? I called back as they asked me, was for the show and make them look concerned. I asked to have a call back from a manager to discuss further… still waiting for that to happen.

Sadly ... nice people but very disorganized... when they had a lot of customers it take them awhile to react ... they don't know the rules of coffee they should not use a remaining coffee with a new coffee ... hope they start act right... Today not even they stole my ... coffee they disrespected me and told me I stole a coffee and threaten me to call the cops ... I called the cops and told me to make complain ... if they were not closer to my home I wouldn't have gone to buy coffee... racism from the owner himself... if I can give them 0 ☆ I would As you can see I payed for 2 coffee and they didn't even apologize...
