When I called and nicely told them they gave me the wrong soup and side they argued with me!! I’m looking right at the soup telling him it’s wrong and I got vermicelli instead of steamed rice and he continued to argue. He wouldn’t let me get a word in ... to explain. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tom kha Kai coconut soup is not red and it is not spicy (I mean really spicy 🔥) and it does not have pineapple and broccoli in it! Plus it tastes terrible. My wife and I ordered Pad Thai and vegetarian spring rolls and I wish we didn't. Uber eats was perfect and professional but what they delivered was deeply regrettable. The Pad Thai was a flavourless brick tantamount to eating paper-mache paste with soggy crushed peanuts on top. Everything about it ... was wrong. The chicken was cubed and bland and just very peculiar and the egg was missing entirely. It was a little bit like this was someone's first attempt at Pad Thai and they were reading the instructions from a blurry fax. My wife's spring rolls tasted like fish, like actual fish. They were dreadful. We always say that it isn't the mistake that matters, it's how it's corrected. When my wife called to have this mistake corrected they were very rude and very dismissive. It was insinuated that my wife was a liar for saying the food was awful. Pad Thai is one of my favourite foods and I could not eat it. We will never eat from here again. Read more

Ordered pho, the broth tastes terrible like powdered beef broth with incorrect spices added. The beef was sparse, there was no pho fat aka flavour, the noodles were mildly undercooked and they weren't washed and were starchy. The place was also very hot, must have been 30+ celcius inside. Ordered in tonight. Though the taste was good, there was practically no sauce for both of our dishes. They seemed like the end of the batch with barely enough to call it a dish. The sauce didn't even cover the entire bottom of the container. I called ... to mention this as normally, when I eat in house, there is so much more sauce and content. The person I spoke to said "that's the way we make it". When I said I was disappointed since normally the food is great and I get lots of sauce for my rice, there was dead air. Great little spot. This is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant that I have found in a long time. Friendly staff. Originally I requested a gluten free option and they said they did not have anything. I was able to speak with the cook who customized a ... meal for me.
