Such a kind team that make delicious bagels and cream cheese. Far better than other places. I just hope one day they bring back the double chocolate muffins they used to have
Not sure when or why but the price of bagels and cream cheese has become almost unaffordable. They do make good bagels though.
My first time trying bagel sandwich at this establishment in London and it was a good experience. We tried their egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Both the sandwiches were fresh and tasted really good. I like that they have so many options for bagels to choose from. I ... tried their sesame seed bagel which was so soft and fresh. Average. It’s okay, but not the best bagel I’ve ever had and definitely not worth the money. I ordered the egg cheese and sausage bagel with a bacon and cheddar bagel, and there was no taste of bacon even though I payed $3 more to have the “super bagel”. The ... egg and sausage aren’t fresh, they’re just reheated in the microwave and the bagel isn’t toasted enough. $10 for just a reheated bagel is outrageous ! TERRIBLE LOCATION! Ordered from Uber eats stating to put in the notes on any changes (I wanted a garlic bagel). Soo they send over the wrong one and also all the other bagels were horrible, smashed, no sauces, just gross. We call and ask if we can at this point ... pick up our GARLIC BAGEL and the guy said yes of course. So drive 20 mins to get attitude and terrible customer service that this is our fault and we should put it in the notes and then call ahead, what!!! We don't have to do that with the other location (which we usually order from but accidentally chose this, it's so much better). Overall drove 20 mins to get yelled at, lied to (they said they had one). One sick and pregnant unsatisfied customer. Never again. Read more
