Staff is always very friendly and efficient. I enjoy being able to see them cook and prepare the food because i knows its fresh and well prepared. And as always, it tastes amazing.

I've started to eat here more frequently in the past month and have been impressed with the quality of both the food and service. Food prep is clean and done properly. Asked for a quesadilla since it wasn't on the menu. They have a price for them though so I ordered it. The employee starts making it and only asks what kind of meat I wanted. I told him I wanted other toppings inside (because it's a ... quesadilla) and he said that wasn't allowed. ? What? What kind of quesadillas don't have anything other than meat and cheese? I wouldn't have ordered one had I known it was only those two things. The other worker confirmed my thoughts that they ARE allowed to, it just costs more $$. It's still very strange to me that it doesn't come with other toppings for the included price. Looks like I will have to stick with the competition for these as they have it down pat. Oh. The food was good but the staff really needs better training. It's only opened recently, so hopefully they will improve. The staff seem to lack confidence in their knowledge of their product. They were also quite hard to hear even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy or noisy. Certainly not ... up to the standard of Chipotle that I've had in the United States. Read more

My boyfriend and I went to checkout Chipotle for our first time at their new London location to see what the hype was all about. I have a license in serving, my own catering company on the weekends, write reviews on food and travel that have been viewed by tens ... of thousands, he's a chef, and we are both foodies. We enjoy trying out new restaurants/foods as a past time. Most importantly, our opinion matters, because we are the customers and consumers, and your opinion matters too. This is why I take the time to write reviews from both our perspectives- positive and negative experiences. Pros: - Friendly student staff, which is what saves this from 1 star. You can try they're really trying. Aaaand that's it. Cons: - Not much variety in toppings, cheese or sauces, it's very limited. Qdoba for example in comparison, offers a ton more veggies and cheese and sauces, such as ranch, sour cream, spicy caesar, different mild to medium to hot queso. - Ran out of hard shells. Which is a bummer because a) was in the middle of the evening, not even close to closing and b) recently opened so they should have been plenty stocked - this shows they were not prepared. - I know this may sound petty but keep reading. Other option for tacos was the soft tortilla shells which we had no choice to take. Not kidding you, the moment we sat down and have not even touched our food, one of the tacos' tortillas was all ripped up, which is weird considering it's soft and not even touched. Not sure if this happened while the servers were folding it or filling with food but certainly annoying - how do you expect to eat it? I didn't order a messy salad. With that being said, the staff were quick to make us another one free of charge. - Still, that didn't save the tacos or wraps or whatever you want to call them as they kept breaking with every hold or bite. I know tacos are messy but it was a little ridiculously out of control. Pics are included. - Did I mention the meat (chicken) and tacos altogether were cold? No heated queso or anything warm to help that out either (like Qdoba...) The place is dimply lit, seating area ranges from high stools to low booths. Quite a disappointed experience. Can't stop future endeavors from trying it out, but if you have a relatable experience, you'll have happier taste buds and a more appealing visual display at Qdoba, which we rate 5 stars. Read more
