Pizza was old & dry… even though we only ordered it 10 minutes prior to picking up. I’m sure they just gave us an old pizza and truly do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. This place used to have amazing food but the quality had definitely declined. I ... would recommend frozen pizza before eating ‘Pierro’s Pizza’. We used to order pizza from here almost every weekend… tonight was the last time. My husband went to pick up our pizza and there were numerous issues… not only was it cold, but it was cut into a variety of sized slices, it was mostly crust and there were ... 15 olives total. My husband called them out on the lack of toppings and barely received an apology. When he arrived home, I called to notify them of my disappointment and was told they would make us a new pizza. With a sleeping baby at home that took forever to get to bed, my husband and I were both starving and were not about to go back. A refund was not even mentioned and delivery was not offered to make up for their mistake (which would have really been going above and beyond) but instead, we were offered the choice of a credit for two free toppings on our next pizza or a Caesar salad. I informed them they were losing a valuable customer and we would not be returning. Not sure what’s happened recently, but the quality of pizza has reduced drastically over the past few months. The pizza and Caesar salad was excellent! Lots of toppings. The garlic sauce was very good. Will definitely be back!
