This place is the go to ice cream parlor in London! Huge selection, something for everyone. They have events throughout the year for entertainment, which is free to attend which is refreshing. They show they appreciate their customers! They have a live magician show coming and a ... National Ice Cream Day parking lot concert coming in July 2024! Like the old days. They are always friendly and service is fast. Atmosphere is retro and modern, with cool neon signs and even music videos for entertainment! Highly recommend for a great night out. Read more

I used to come here as a teenager in the 90’s and wanted to experience Merla Mae again upon my visit. The ice cream was good; the vibe was good, and the selection was good. But my goodness the price!!!!!!!! I paid $12.95 for a cup of ice cream and ... some toppings that didn’t even rise above the rim of the actual cup. It was so small. I feel like a fool. 2 tiny sundaes, 1 cup of sherbet, and a 2 scoop cone cost me $49. Madness. Read more

Fun atmosphere, could maybe use more seating and more staff as the line was pretty long when we went. The sundeas were delicious and creative but were also quite small for $13 each!

My family has been getting our ice cream cakes from here for decades. I still have very fond memories of a particular Winnie the Pooh one for my 8th birthday.. it was spectacular! Best ice cream cakes in town (highly recommended the skor flavour).
