Reviews for Addis Ababa Restaurant in London, Ontario
Had a great meal here for my birthday husband with my kids. We tried two platters and although my pickiest eater mostly enjoyed the delicious flat bread, the rest of really enjoyed a fun and delicious food experience. I loved all the variety of legumes, vegetables and meat options ... to pick and choose and the two types of bread to pick too. Kind of like a little buffet right at your table. Our server was very friendly and made some great suggestions. I will definitely be back. Read more
TGs Addis Ababa is the place to go if you want to taste delicious flavourful food from the motherland! The combination platter has all the different dishes from vegetarian to beef and chicken which gives you a bit of everything on their menu! I love coming here with my friends ... and family and make it a point to introduce Ethiopian food to as many people as possible ! Read more
We ordered a take-out of two combination platters (option A and B) and everything was so flavorful as always. This is our go to restaurant for Ethiopian food. The quantity is huge. Their collard greens are my favorite. Service was excellent. The owner is so sweet to talk to and ... very helpful in explaining the options. Read more
Our second visit to this restaurant was a delight! Our daughter raved about it, and now we understand why. The atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service made it a fantastic experience. Plus, ending the meal with the aromatic coffee bean presentation was the perfect touch. Can't wait to return!
I have only had Ethiopian food a couple of times in my life. I really enjoyed the food here! I was afraid it was going to be too spicy, but the menu was good at describing the dishes and the spice level. I also love the concept of sharing ... food and eating with my fingers. It is all in the spirit of friendship. The wait staff was wonderful and attentive. The atmosphere was African groovy, and they displayed photos and art on the walls as well as a projector of African scenery (next best thing to being there, I guess). I definitely recommend giving this a try! Read more
