Terrible peanut buster parfait 5 peanuts almost no chocolate sauce, completely ripped off absolute joke

Staff willingly sold less product than the amount advertised for the price and did not disclose it. This is illegal. Staff ran out of lids for the 24oz plastic cups and instead put my large moolatte in a 21oz drink cup without saying anything or offering a discount. Only after ... being asked about it did they offer a refund for the 21oz drink provided I threw it out. Staff member I spoke to was surley when I brought up the issue saying that since they ran out of lids they could not make a 24oz drink but sold it anyway. Incredibly dishonest behavior from staff members that could have avoided the issue by being honest about the situation but chose not to. Read more

I’d give it five stars except this is a food court and they have the debit machine set up to ask for tips. It’s a walk up counter. What’s the tip for? At a restaurant I usually tip 25% sometimes more but at a fast ... food place like Dairy Queen or McDonald’s or Burger King or any of those places I feel the tip option on the debit machine is a cheap money grab and I find it offensive that you even make me select no. It makes me feel bad and ruins my experience of shopping at your food stand. It makes me feel peer pressured to leave a tip for a service that doesn’t deserve one. Darren (one of the employees/should be manager) went over and beyond normal customer service. We got the hotdog combo, which was a hotdog, Orange Julius drink, small sundae, and a bag of chips for $8. It's a steal, and will come back again for it.
