Customer service was quick and easy, but I did not receive any sauce in my crispy chicken craveable
Wraps I just received we're pathetic. Ordered 4 wraps and said they had enough for only two of them, spoiler alert only had enough for one. Halfed all of their ingredients for these wraps and overgrilled them to hell. Used one egg, one hashbrown, and a couple pieces of bacon ... AND PUT NO CHEESE, didnt even give what i paid for. Paid $30 for nothing. Just go down the street to the tim hortons on Adelaide and Oxford, they know how to make food. BTW extra Chipotle doesn't mean half of the bottle. This was around 1:30pm. Pathetic ! One word to sum all of my experience at this location. There are 68 Timmies in the whole of London, but I was unfortunate to stumble upon this one during my visit to the city. This specific store seemed to be on heavy cost cutting measures. Ordered a ... potato wedge, and to my surprise, the cup was half empty( see picture) I reached out to the counter for complaining about it and person went back to speak with the supervisor. Came back with a blank expression on face and equally flat attitude-"it is tim hortons policy to put 8-10 wedges in a cup". I have been ordering wedges for quite some time, and this is the least amount I have ever received. So I know it must be this store specific policy. Further, the seating wasn't comfortable at all, the leather on chair was all worn out, and you could feel all the springs coming out. I would never visit this Tim Hortons store in my whole life. Rude staff, less food quantity, and uncomfortable seating are all non-no for me. Read more
