I went through drive through and asked for dark roast double double and when I was at window to pick up the coffee they said dark double double with sweetener. I didn’t asked for sweetener though they gave me with sweetener and I told them that I didn’t said I ... want it with sweetener and then lady told me that ohh sorry it doesn’t have sweetener but when I had my first sip I found that it was extra sweet. Not paying attention to customers, otherwise everything else was good.

Worst service of all of the Tim Hortons in London. Extremely rude teens working the drive through, and I'm pretty easy going. Meal was wrong and tried calling for over 5 hours. They just don't answer their phone and hit cancel so it ... just hangs up on you. Now double-double has been universal at Tim's for many years. Today my coffee was white and cold because my double double had more than triple cream. So sweet you could not possibly drink it. The cream of broccoli soup was not made correctly. It was pure liquid with zero taste. Normally it's a creamy, thicker based soup. I took videos of both, as both were far from full as well. Had a really great experience going through the drive thru during the midnight shift! The service was great and the lady was super nice. Plus, the food was good, thank you!

I drink 5 to 10 french vanillas with coffee everday no matter where I am. I think Tim Hortons should offer sum form of a customer coffee card that gives you a free coffee once in awhile,especially when your spending more a month than some people make.
