I got served quickly and with ease. My experience is not what matters, but what I witnessed. There was a man ahead of me who was struggling to verbalize his order, the people taking his order were struggling, he was struggling. Then, an employee named Sandy came over, her and the ... man ordering stepped off to the side. I had ordered my drinks and stepped off to wait, closer to where they were stood. I overheard the conversation, she was amazing. She was helping him calm down and take a couple deep breaths, she told him there was no pressure and to take his time with his order. It’s wonderful to see customer service actually service the customer, and Sandy was an excellent example of an outstanding employee who is willing to go above and beyond for the customers. I don’t frequent this location but will definitely be returning, and I hope Sandy gets recognized for her ability to support vulnerable people and for creating a welcoming, supportive environment within the store. Posting about Costumer Service: Ordered my breakfast earlier today in this branch. This review happened on a not so much of a rush hour. The cashier lady was very nice to give options that is available at the moment since my order is not available yet. However, I was caught off ... guard when I was about to get my drink from the old lady from the counter who is making a coffee/drinks today. While I am waiting for my order, I was looking for a napkin & reaching from a box that I thought looks like napkins and then she “passively aggressively” said that that’s not the napkins and further said in a tone that the drink she is placing on the counter is not for me. Then she placed the sleeves for my drink on the counter. Good thing the nice cashier lady came and she follow up about my order. I just want to start my breakfast today with something good, but because of that treatment from one of the staffs, I suddenly felt bad. I think they can do better on how they treat or talk to their customers, especially early in the morning, old or young customers. A Good Communication is key to start a good day. Read more

Bagels I ordered to be toasted were barely even toasted seems they were rushed. Please please please stop sacrificing food quality to be fast. I've been going to this location for years and usually it's great, but today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and found that there was such a small amount of cream cheese that it only thinly covered 2/3 of half of the bagel - the other half had ... none at all. This also happened the last time I placed this same order but I figured it was a fluke and did nothing. Has the amount of cream cheese used on each bagel been reduced? If so, I would appreciate you letting me know so I can find something else to order. If the amount has not changed, perhaps you can review expectations with your food prep team.
